Tan Chau District Party Executive Committee 40th Conference

(BTNO) - On the afternoon of February 12, the Party Executive Committee of Tan Chau district held its 40th conference. Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council chaired the conference.

Tan Chau District Party Secretary Nguyen Van Cuong spoke at the conference.

At the conference, the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on approving Mr. Nguyen Dinh Du - Head of the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee as a member of the Tan Chau District Party Committee's Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

District Party Secretary Nguyen Van Cuong presented the decision to Mr. Nguyen Dinh Du.

The conference discussed and unanimously approved the reports of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee such as: adjusting and supplementing the plan to streamline the organization of the district's political system; report on approving the project to merge grassroots Party cells under the District Party Committee;

Report on adjusting and supplementing the plan of the District Party Executive Committee on organizing the District Party Congress and grassroots Party Congress towards the 14th National Party Congress; report on advising on the target on the rate of population participating in social insurance in the draft Political Report of the District Party Executive Committee, term VII, submitted to the 8th District Party Congress, term 2025-2030;

The report of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee proposed to remove the content "Investing in the foundation to form Tan Dong and Tan Ha border gate urban areas as type V urban areas by 2030" from the Action Program of the District Party Committee; the report of the District People's Committee on the draft Project to arrange and merge specialized agencies under the District People's Committee, accordingly, after the merger, 2 agencies will be reduced, leaving 9 agencies, the total number of staff will be 88, reducing 3 staff.
