(CLO) The political art program "Together to protect the country" took place at 8:00 p.m. on November 18 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Relic Site, with a duration of 100 minutes and 3,000 spectators.
On the afternoon of November 13, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and the Central Propaganda Department jointly held a press conference to introduce the political art program "Together to protect the country".
According to the Organizing Committee, the political art program "Together to protect the country" will take place at 8:00 p.m. on November 18 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Relic Site, with a duration of 100 minutes and 3,000 spectators.

The program is chaired by the Central Propaganda Department, in coordination with the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Army Radio and Television Center (Vietnam National Defense Television channel) and agencies and units to organize, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024); 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and 35th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024).
Colonel Pham Van Tu, Deputy Director of the Military Radio and Television Center, said that the political art program "Together to protect the country" has unique art performances, combining modern 3D mapping projection technology, high-end surround sound (SoundScape), laser light... and live performance.
The program gathered nearly 500 artists and actors, including many famous artists such as People's Artist Quoc Hung, People's Artist Hong Hanh, People's Artist Pham Phuong Thao, Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi... along with artists and actors from the Army Music and Dance Theater and the Army Ceremonial Band.
This is a program with profound humanistic meaning, a political activity, traditional and historical education, helping audiences across the country experience a difficult but very proud and glorious journey of the Vietnamese people.
At the same time, this is a reminder and gratitude of today's generation for the heroic and indomitable sacrifices of many generations of ancestors, so that our country can blossom with "Independence" and bear the fruit of "Freedom".
