According to the 10th grade enrollment quota table for the 2025-2026 school year announced by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training today, schools with high enrollment quotas include: Mac Dinh Chi High School (District 6) enrolling 1,060 students; Hung Vuong (District 5) enrolling 1,035 students; Marie Curie (District 3) enrolling 1,000 students; Tay Thanh (Tan Phu District), Nguyen Trung Truc, Tran Hung Dao (Go Vap District), Truong Chinh (District 12) enrolling 900 students each. Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training stipulates that this year, candidates can register for a maximum of 8 wishes, including 3 wishes for regular 10th grade, 2 wishes for specialized classes, and 3 wishes for integrated English classes.

Mr. Nguyen Bao Quoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, advised that before registering for public grade 10, students need to understand the following criteria:

• Personal ability: Suitable for high schools with standard scores in which group?
• Geographical location: Parents and students should prioritize schools near home for convenient travel and to ensure health throughout the 3 years of high school.
• Are the subject combinations chosen according to the 2018 General Education Program of the high school I plan to register for suitable for my career orientation and my family's?
• The school registering for the first choice must have a clearly different standard score from the high school where the student will register for the second choice; the school registering for the second choice must have a clearly different standard score from the high school where the student will register for the third choice.

Students are expected to register online on the 10th grade admission system at ts10.hcm.edu.vn.
