According to initial information, at around 11 p.m. on December 18, at the "singing for each other" bar at 258 Pham Van Dong Street, a serious fire broke out, causing many deaths.
At that time, a fire broke out in a 3-storey house, the first floor of which was used as a cafe.
According to a camera recorded by people near the scene, before the fire, a person wearing a baseball cap, carrying a bucket (suspected to be a bucket of gasoline) approached the karaoke bar. After that, the fire broke out from inside the karaoke bar and spread to other rooms and surrounding houses.
