For those of working age (from 18 to 60 years old), Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Joint Stock Company commits to accepting all employees, depending on qualifications, expertise and capacity, appropriate jobs will be arranged.
For people past working age (over 60 years old), suitable work will be arranged based on their specific health status.

The complex of 3 green steel projects includes component projects: Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Precast Concrete Components Factory, Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Green Steel Factory No. 1 and Xuan Thien Nghia Hung Green Steel Factory.
It is expected that when the complex of 3 green steel projects is completed and put into operation, it will create jobs for about 16,200 direct workers, mainly technical workers and about 2,000 unskilled workers, along with many indirect jobs from the expansion of service industries and supporting industries.
