(NLDO) - The Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2 disseminated the results of the 13th Party Central Committee Conference to nearly 200 cadres and Party members.
On the morning of February 19, at Nui Thanh (Quang Nam province), Colonel Le Huy Sinh - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2 - quickly announced and disseminated the results of the 13th Party Central Committee Conference to nearly 200 cadres and Party members of the Regional Command, Squadron 21 and Squadron 202.

Accordingly, implementing the working program of the entire term, from the afternoon of January 23 to 24, in Hanoi, the 13th Party Central Committee met to consider, discuss, give opinions and decide on the following contents: Summarizing Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the Central Committee on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently; Project to supplement the GDP growth target of 8% or more in 2025 and double-digit growth in the period of 2026-2030; personnel work under the authority of the Central Committee; evaluating and reviewing the direction and administration of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2024; report on inspection and supervision work in 2024; inspection and supervision program in 2025 and a number of other important issues.
The Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2 also quickly announced the results of the 13th Party Central Committee Conference to the cadres and party members of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command, first of all the Party committees and commanders at all levels, in order to create unity in ideological awareness and action, high consensus with the contents discussed and approved by the Central Committee, as a basis for research, study, dissemination and implementation.
Nearly 200 officers and Party members from the Coast Guard Region 2 Command, Squadron 21 and Squadron 202 attended the conference.
The Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2 also requested agencies and units to base on practical situations to thoroughly organize and implement closely, seriously, qualitatively, practically and effectively.
Also at the conference, the Regional Command disseminated, thoroughly grasped, and implemented Regulation No. 232, Conclusion No. 118, and Instruction No. 04 of the Central Committee. In addition, Decree No. 177/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government stipulating the regime and policies for cases of non-re-election, re-appointment, and cadres who resign or retire at will; Decree No. 178/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and armed forces implementing the reorganization of the political system; Decree No. 179/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government stipulating policies to attract and employ talented people to work in agencies, organizations and units of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
