After winning the runner-up position of the 2024 Music Peak in the folk music category, Vu Minh Hieu performed a mini-show called Lullaby in Hanoi on the evening of September 20. The music night was organized by the Organizing Committee of the Golden Age program with 3 chapters: Lullaby, Return and Folk songs of 3 regions.

The appearance of artist Thanh Thanh Hien - his idol since childhood - was a memorable mark in Vu Minh Hieu's music night. Thanh Thanh Hien sang Ve que (composed by Pho Duc Phuong), Dang dung Ben Tre (composed by Nguyen Van Ty) and Tinh yeu tren dong song quan ho (composed by Phan Lac Hoa).
In particular, the duet "Ly muoi thuong" (Binh Tri Thien folk song) by artists Thanh Thanh Hien and Vu Minh Hieu received positive feedback from the audience.
Thanh Thanh Hien shared that her singing style is a bit different so she rarely sings duets, but standing on the same stage singing duets with her juniors, she feels very comfortable and excited.

Vu Minh Hieu's first minishow also featured an important person in his artistic career, Dr. of Music, Sao Mai Thu Ha - Head of the Faculty of Arts, Hanoi National University of Education.
Currently, Vu Minh Hieu is not only studying at the Vietnam National Academy of Music, but is also a student at the Faculty of Arts, Hanoi National University of Education with the desire to become a music teacher.
Sharing about her student, Sao Mai Thu Ha said that Vu Minh Hieu is the pride of her as well as many teachers in the Faculty of Arts - Hanoi National University of Education. The female singer wishes her student will pursue his passion and not disappoint the expectations of his teachers, relatives and the audience.
Participating in the music night as a guest, singer Thu Ha presented the audience with the songs: Choi voi (music: Vu Hoai Nam, lyrics: Ho Mau Thanh), Tho tinh cua nui (composer: An Thuyen), and sang a duet with Vu Minh Hieu with the song Trang sang doi mien (composer: An Trung).

Vu Minh Hieu was born in Nam Dinh, grew up with traditional music such as Chau Van, Cheo..., so traditional Vietnamese music has "permeated" into his musical spirit.

The mini-show was held right after my success at the 2024 Music Peak competition, this is the first step in my journey to conquer the audience after the award. The path of an artist is very long, to conquer the audience also requires a lot of effort, hard work and perseverance.
I will always strive to be loved more and more by the audience and succeed in my musical career," said the male singer.
