In 2025, Tam Duong district was assigned the target of selecting and calling 239 citizens to join the army and participate in the People's Public Security service, assigned to 8 military units including the Command for the Protection of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; General Staff; Border Guard Training Center; Air Defense - Air Force; Armored Corps; Artillery Corps; Brigade 406, Military Region 2; Provincial Public Security.

With the participation of the entire political system, the entire district has recruited 100% of the assigned quota, ensuring the reserve rate according to regulations, the quality of new recruits is increasingly improved. Of which, more than 64% of the army has achieved health level 1 and 2; high school education level or higher accounts for more than 90%; the rate of volunteer applications is nearly 80%.

In 2025, Vinh Yen city was assigned to select and call 158 young people to join the army, including 133 young people joining the army and 25 citizens performing the People's Public Security service.

Of the 399 young men joining the army this year, Vinh Tuong district recruited and assigned 347 young men to military units and 52 young men to the police.
The young men were sent to train, study and work at Brigade 144, General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army; Division 361, Air Defense - Air Force; Division 371, Air Defense - Air Force; Brigade 604, Military Region 2; General Staff, Military Region 2; Command of Protection of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Public Security units.

With the motto "Whoever you recruit, make sure they are there", the military recruitment work in 2025 was deployed promptly and closely by Vinh Tuong district. Thanks to that, 100% of the new recruits joining the army this time have good moral qualities, meet the requirements of health and cultural level; of which 197 new recruits voluntarily wrote applications to join the army, many of them have college and university degrees.

In 2025, Phuc Yen city was assigned to select and call 178 citizens to join the army, of which 151 were military citizens and 27 were public security citizens.
The city achieved 100% of the assigned target, the quality of new recruits was good, ensuring sufficient conditions of health, political qualities, and cultural level. Of these, 112 young volunteers wrote applications to join the army, 138 were union members and 13 new recruits were party members.
