Speaking at the event, Italian Ambassador to Vietnam Marco Della Seta shared: “We are delighted that Vietnam was chosen as the first destination of the “Sounds of Brotherhood” project in Southeast Asia and are proud to support this initiative.
This project makes a valuable contribution to promoting people-to-people exchanges between the two countries, and is a testament to the effective cooperation between institutions, culture and academia.”
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong - Director of VICAS, emphasized: “We had quite a difficult time in choosing, because most of the submitted works have high artistic quality, creativity and the way the artists tell their artistic stories is extremely unique and diverse.
With such a large number of applications, we understand that the art and artist community in Vietnam is growing strongly in many forms.
As the organizer, we will consider this as a driving force to connect with more funds and organizations supporting the art community in Vietnam."
To achieve the above results, the project implementation team from VICAS has made every effort to convey information and guide individuals and groups of artists working in the arts in Vietnam. In addition, there is the participation and support of the youth community of many famous artists and painters.
