Dear comrades!

Over the past years, in the competitive atmosphere of implementing the policies of our Party and State on hunger eradication and poverty reduction, I would like to present a few small things that I have done as follows:

I. Determine the importance of the job

Vietnamese people have a saying "only with food can we practice religion", it is true, our human life as well as all living creatures, if we do not have food or do not eat enough, life cannot exist, let alone be rich and noble.

Therefore, when I started to carry out this important work, I was very worried and troubled, thinking a lot to find solutions and ways to do it effectively. How can our people improve their lives, escape from poverty... and then I also proposed specific solutions and ways to do it as follows:

II. Specific solutions and methods

1. Propaganda and mobilization work

In production and business, the majority of farmers are still independent, spontaneous, small-scale, timid, inexperienced, do not know how to apply science and technology to production and importantly, due to poverty, they do not have capital to invest in production; so I have coordinated with the village committee, neighborhood committee, front committee and associations and organizations. Through meetings with the people, I have coordinated to disseminate the state's policies on hunger eradication and poverty reduction to the people, propagate and guide the people about the programs and loan sources of the Social Policy Bank; Meet with poor households and households in difficult circumstances to provide detailed and specific advice. Thanks to that, farmers have boldly borrowed capital from the Social Policy Bank to invest in production.

2. Popularization of science and technology

With capital in hand, but if you do not know what to plant or what to raise, the capital will be lost and not be effective. Together with the district's agricultural extension and veterinary station, I proposed to the Party Committee to open many training courses on science and technology for people to change crops, livestock, and plant varieties - which received enthusiastic support from many people.

3. Commendation, praise and encouragement

With financial support and understanding of scientific and technological advances, people have been doing business very effectively, their income and life have been increasingly improved. The appearance of the village has been changing and renewing, so during the annual national solidarity festival in the residential area, I have presented to the Party Committee to commend and reward households with good business and production models. Thanks to that, people are more excited and have absolute trust in the policies and leadership of the Party. Having strived to do business, many households have escaped poverty and become rich legitimately, contributing to making the homeland and locality increasingly civilized and prosperous.

Dear comrades! Above is what I have done in the local movement to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty. Actually, it is just a grain of sand in a vast desert, but I sincerely present it. Finally, I would like to wish my superiors good health and happiness.
