Mr. Phuong said that the idea was inspired by his business trips to Japan, where he learned the value of combining health training and discipline at work.
Mr. Phuong did not hesitate to express his opinion on choosing the “slow but steady” approach. Tan De Company gradually built a solid and stable foundation before expanding its scale. Up to now, Tan De has invested and put into operation 9 export garment factories in Thai Binh and Hung Yen, creating jobs for more than 15,000 workers, becoming the leading garment export group in Vietnam, a typical example of leading in building cultural and humane values, all for the workers.
In 2025, the Company strives to grow by over 10% compared to 2024. The Company has signed many orders with international partners and plans to produce until the end of October 2025, continuing to affirm its stability and reputation in the country's garment export industry.

On the occasion of the 2024 Giap Thin Lunar New Year, Tan De Company spent nearly 31 billion VND to buy Tet gifts for employees, each gift worth more than 1.8 million VND, including clean agricultural products, high-quality food provided by reputable businesses and cooperatives in Thai Binh, along with kitchen gadget gift bags and New Year lucky money envelopes worth 500,000 VND.
More specifically, Tan De Company always cares about the development of future generations, especially the children of workers. The company organizes tours for children, organizes free summer classes, supports scholarships for students in difficult circumstances, and has rewards to encourage them to achieve high academic results.
