Exciting New Year's Eve Music Festival at Vaquarius project

With the theme “Prosperous Flow”, the special music festival and fireworks display welcoming the Year of the Snake attracted thousands of people in the Van Giang area to attend.

Annual Events at Vaquarius

Vaquarius is oriented to become the administrative, economic, cultural and festival center of Van Giang district, where important art events in the region take place. This is the second year that Bao Hung investor and local authorities have organized a music festival and fireworks display to welcome the new year on New Year's Eve, at the main gate of the project, opposite the district party committee and the People's Committee of Van Giang district.

The program lasted about 3 hours, including many special performances, bringing a bustling atmosphere in the transition between the old year and the new year. The opening performance was the drum set "Hung Thien Dat Viet" performed by the people of Nghia Tru commune, recreating the resounding spirit and glorious feats of our ancestors.

The lion dance festival with the participation of many performing teams brought many impressive colors. The lions raised high parallel sentences, sending good wishes for luck, happiness, and prosperity to the attendees. The little lions performed cheerleading and took souvenir photos with visitors. In addition, the unique and intimate performances, cheerleading games on stage, vibrant electronic music... brought Van Giang center a full of vitality before the New Year.

At the moment of New Year's Eve, beautiful fireworks filled the sky, lighting up the construction works under construction day and night at the Vaquarius project and reflecting shimmeringly on the ancient Niujiang River. In the joy of welcoming good things, thousands of attendees gave each other New Year's wishes.

This year's program has the theme "Cultural Flow" representing a prosperous flow connecting the past - present - future, which is also the symbolic meaning of the Niujiang River associated with culture and indigenous life flowing through the heart of the Vaquarius project.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Lan - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Bao Hung Investment Joint Stock Company - the investor of the Vaquarius project shared: “The music festival and fireworks display to welcome the New Year from 2024 will be organized by us in coordination with the District People's Committee, as a way to express gratitude to all the people of Van Giang who have given a lot of love and support to the Vaquarius project from the very first days. The bustling sound of firecrackers not only signals a peaceful and prosperous new year for our homeland, but we also want to bring Vaquarius and future residents a prosperous and long-lasting life.”

Realizing the dream of building an elite project right in the homeland, becoming the pride of the people here, Vaquarius has truly integrated into local life in a natural and genuine way. The urban area has an open planning, utility design, and landscape towards connecting the community, where every Van Giang resident, even if they do not directly own the products in the project, can enjoy the commercial, cultural, and spiritual values brought by the project. And the music festival program is the opening of a series of festival activities when the project comes into operation.

In 2024, Vaquarius was honored in the "Top 10 most outstanding and attractive projects in the Vietnamese real estate market in 2024" by the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association. In 2025, the project will hand over low-rise products to customers and officially come into operation according to the unique urban development philosophy of "Ngu sinh" and "Viet - an - nhien" of the investor Bao Hung.
