Quang Nam province agreed to continue the procedures for granting land use right certificates at Cau Hung - Lai Nghi Residential Area (phase 1), but only to transfer to people affected by site clearance of the project.
The Chairman of Quang Nam province has just concluded in agreement with the proposal of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on continuing to allow Saigon Thanh Dat Agricultural Investment Joint Stock Company to carry out procedures to request a certificate of land use rights (GCNQSD) at the Cau Hung - Lai Nghi Residential and Service Area project (phase 1), Dien Nam Dong ward (Dien Ban town).
Accordingly, Quang Nam province agreed in principle to continue allowing Saigon Thanh Dat Agricultural Investment Joint Stock Company to complete procedures to request land use right certificates for 18/31 resettlement land lots to be converted to commercial residential land.
This area has been allocated land, the investor has fulfilled financial obligations according to the previous decision approving specific land prices and paid additional compensation, and has completed the construction of technical infrastructure to serve the work of supporting compensation and site clearance.

Quang Nam Province requires Saigon Thanh Dat Agricultural Investment Joint Stock Company to commit in writing to only transfer to subjects affected by the project's site clearance; commit to fulfill additional financial obligations (if any) after the competent authority determines the land price.
For the remaining 13/31 resettlement land lots converted to commercial land, which have not been allocated enough land area and have not completed the connection of wastewater drainage ditches, the enterprise must continue to coordinate with the locality and related sectors to carry out site clearance, establish land allocation procedures and invest in construction in accordance with the planning.

Previously, in December 2024, Quang Nam province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and organize inspections of compliance with legal regulations during the investment, construction and business process at the Cau Hung - Lai Nghi Residential and Service Area project (phase 1) invested by Saigon Thanh Dat Agricultural Investment Joint Stock Company.
Including checking and clarifying the capital mobilization of investors to handle according to regulations.
