The last working week of the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly takes place from Monday, June 24 to Saturday, June 29. The National Assembly will consider and approve many important contents.
Specifically, regarding legislative work, the National Assembly will vote to pass the Law on Organization of People's Courts (amended); the Law on Social Insurance (amended); the Law on Roads; the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction; the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; the Law on the Capital City (amended);
Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Security Guards; Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, Real Estate Business Law No. 29/2023/QH15, Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15.
This week, the National Assembly voted to pass 10 draft laws and 9 resolutions.
The National Assembly also voted to pass a resolution approving the 2022 state budget settlement; a resolution approving the document on the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland's accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP);
Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province; Resolution of the National Assembly on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city; Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy for the investment project to build the North-South Expressway in the West, Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc) section.
The National Assembly also voted to pass the Resolution on the National Marine Spatial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050; Resolution on the results of thematic supervision of "the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and the National Assembly's resolutions on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023";
Resolution on questions and answers; Resolution of the 7th session, 15th National Assembly (including the content on adjusting the investment policy of the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030 and reducing value added tax).
In the last working week, the National Assembly also discussed in the hall the draft Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking (amended); the draft Law on Value Added Tax (amended); the draft Law on Notarization (amended);
Draft Law on Cultural Heritage (amended); Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Pharmacy; Draft Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue; Draft Law on People's Air Defense; Draft Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Geology and Minerals.
On the morning of Saturday, June 29, the National Assembly Chairman will deliver a closing speech at the session.
