VinFast's consecutive strong actions such as special incentive policies, or most recently the commitment to provide after-sales parts and components within 24 hours, are inspiring and motivating the community to make a green transition. From the pioneering actions of the enterprise, the Vietnamese automobile market has just been stirred up when the electric car company VinFast announced its commitment that from September 1, 2024, the total time to provide genuine parts and components for replacement and repair according to after-sales service for VinFast electric cars will be shortened to a maximum of 24 hours. According to industry experts, this is an unprecedented commitment by a car company in the Vietnamese automobile market.

Appreciating VinFast's strong commitment, Associate Professor Dr. Dam Hoang Phuc, Director of the Automotive Engineering Training Program at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, said that VinFast is showing itself to be a true service provider, rather than simply a car sales company. Accordingly, from August 20 to November 30, customers buying VF 6/7/8/9 models will receive incentives equivalent to 50% of the registration fee (in addition to 100% exemption of registration fees according to the State's policy).

Talking about VinFast's customer support policies, an expert in the automobile industry said that electric vehicles have never been closer to users like now. Heavily polluted air not only erodes the health of people but also causes many serious environmental problems, threatening the future of Vietnam. It is worth mentioning that big cities, the country's political, economic and cultural centers such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are the places with the most severe air pollution, mainly due to emissions from traffic. According to the female expert, to "rescue" the environment, it is not enough for units like Vingroup, VinFast or the business sector to do it, but it requires the cooperation of the Government. "Why doesn't the Government set out a program that by a certain year, all public vehicles must use green vehicles, pure electric vehicles and no other vehicles. I think that is important and a message from the Government showing its responsibility to its people," she suggested. Regarding leading enterprises, expert Pham Chi Lan expressed optimism when witnessing VinFast's turning point to pure electric vehicles and its clear marks in the international market. However, the expert hopes that Vietnamese enterprises must first have the support and solidarity of the Vietnamese people.
