According to the signed content, VinFast will make the most of Amarta's capacity, market understanding, and 25 years of experience to open 22 new showrooms in the period of 2025 - 2027, focusing on major cities such as central Jakarta and Bandung. Of which, 11 showrooms will be put into operation this year, expected as early as this March.

VinFast showrooms are all designed with modern, convenient electric vehicle charging points, and operate according to a comprehensive integrated model of product display, customer experience, and after-sales service. Thereby, customers will have the most complete and convenient experience throughout the process of learning about, owning, and using VinFast electric vehicles.

The agreement with Amarta not only helps VinFast significantly expand its current dealer network in Indonesia, but is also in line with the company's orientation to transform into a global dealer model. The application of the dealer model will help VinFast optimize operations, reduce operating costs, and quickly increase its presence and enhance its brand reputation in the international market.

Mr. Pham Sanh Chau, General Director of VinFast Asia, said: "VinFast is very pleased to cooperate with Amarta to bring smart and environmentally friendly electric vehicles closer to a large number of Indonesian customers. This cooperation will help us maximize the strength of Amarta, an experienced local partner, thereby creating a solid foundation for VinFast to quickly become a favorite electric vehicle brand for everyone, every home."

Mr. Angga Prawira Awang, CEO of Amarta said: "Amarta is honored to accompany VinFast, a dynamic and pioneering electric vehicle brand from Vietnam. We believe that the combination of Amarta's local market understanding and VinFast's superior product quality and reasonable price will bring outstanding value to Indonesian customers, contributing to promoting green transformation and moving towards a sustainable future."

VinFast is currently making strong strides in the Indonesian market, affirming its commitment to promoting green transformation locally. To date, VinFast has cooperated with 14 dealers and currently has 21 stores located in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, etc., providing consumers with a variety of electric car options, including the mini e-SUV VF 3, VF 5 and VF e34. In particular, VinFast also applies an attractive free charging policy for all customers until March 1, 2028, along with a 7-10 year warranty policy (depending on the car model), affirming its determination to popularize green transportation in Indonesia.

After just over a year in the market, billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong's comprehensive electric vehicle ecosystem "For a Green Future" has a strong presence in Indonesia, with the launch of VinFast electric cars, GSM electric taxi company and V-GREEN charging station company. These recent steps once again affirm VinFast's long-term commitment to contributing to creating a green - clean - sustainable future in this country.
