On March 21, billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong's VinFast announced that the car company and PT Arimbi Amartapura (Amarta), Indonesia's leading vehicle distributor, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to develop 22 VinFast showrooms in the country during the 2025-2027 period.

This is an important step in VinFast's global strategy, bringing electric vehicles closer to Indonesian customers.

According to the agreement, 11 showrooms will be operational in 2025, as early as March, concentrated in Jakarta and Bandung.

With 25 years of experience, Amarta will support VinFast in expanding its network, leveraging its understanding of the local market. The showrooms are modernly designed, integrated with charging stations, providing comprehensive services from display, experience to after-sales.

This cooperation helps VinFast optimize operations, reduce costs and enhance brand reputation, in line with the company's global dealership model. Mr. Pham Sanh Chau, General Director of VinFast Asia, emphasized that the combination with Amarta will help VinFast quickly become a favorite electric vehicle brand in Indonesia.

Mr. Angga Prawira Awang, general director of Amarta, affirmed that the quality of VinFast products and the experience of this unit will promote green transportation here.

Currently, VinFast has 21 stores in Indonesia, cooperating with 14 dealers in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali..., providing car models such as VF3, VF5, VFe34. The company applies a free charging policy until March 1, 2028 and a 7-10 year warranty, demonstrating its commitment to popularizing electric vehicles.

After more than a year, billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong's "For a Green Future" ecosystem has a strong presence in Indonesia with VinFast, GSM electric taxis and V-GREEN charging stations.
