Ms. Pham Thi Hanh Chi, founder and producer of “Vietnamese Features”, said that the project aims to preserve and promote national cultural values through the creative and dynamic perspective of the Gen Z generation.

In the first series, through hundreds of videos made over 5 years, the project will be like a "living museum" authentically recording the cultural quintessence of craft villages from all regions of the S-shaped strip of land.

This is not only a journey to arouse the interest of Gen Z - young people living in the digital age, but also a strong affirmation that the young generation is the one who directly inherits and promotes this valuable heritage.

Not only is the project a place to provide information, it also strongly inspires and encourages young people to learn, love and be proud of the history and unique cultural beauty of the country.

Through practical experiences such as exploring craft villages, learning about cuisine and approaching cultural heritage, the Project creates a bridge connecting the young generation with their ancestors' heritage, preserving and spreading Vietnamese identity in the modern flow.

In particular, with the theme "Gen Z Returns to the Village", the audience will follow meaningful real-life journeys, meet talented artisans and experience cultural heritage in a very unique way.

From there, the young generation not only understands traditional values but also recreates them with youthfulness and creativity, true to the spirit of a confident and dynamic Gen Z.

Talking about the motivation for implementing the Project, Ms. Hanh Chi shared: “My love for my country's culture is nurtured by family traditions, customs, and traditional beauty in my hometown.

I wonder where Vietnamese culture will be in the changes of the times? Will it fade away or will it survive under a new coat? That has urged me to contribute my small efforts to the preservation of our country's culture.

We hope this project will be a bridge to help young people regain their national pride, better understand the formation and development of cultural values, and at the same time inspire them to preserve and promote those values in modern life."

Series 2 - “Gen Z with Vietnamese Flavors” : The series aims to learn about the history of Vietnamese cuisine and its regional differences. The episodes not only recreate the cooking process but also convey the cultural story behind each dish through the creative lens of Gen Z.

Series 3 - “Gen Z with Vietnamese Heritage” : This series focuses on exploring folk arts, from traditional music, folk dance to ancient theater forms such as Cheo and Tuong. These episodes promise to bring a younger and more intimate perspective on folk arts.
