The South Central and Central Highlands Representative Office of the School of Training and Development of Information and Communications Management Staff is located at No. 1 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Xuong Huan Ward, Nha Trang City. The establishment of the South Central and Central Highlands Representative Office will contribute to improving the quality of human resources, promoting the sustainable development of the Information and Communications industry, especially in the era of Industry 4.0. The Representative Office has the function of organizing and implementing the tasks of the School in the provinces and cities, including: Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong and Lam Dong.
Congratulating the school, Deputy Minister Phan Tam emphasized: Along with the establishment of the Representative Office, the School needs to soon complete its human resources work, develop a training and development plan in the region, set the most important goal of training quality, training results are recognized in each unit where students work, build a digital school that interacts with the training plan for digital transformation, digital economy, and digital society.

Dr. Dinh Duc Thien, Party Cell Secretary, Principal of the School of Training and Fostering Information and Communications Management Cadres, said that the School has spent 15 years forming, developing and carrying out the mission of training cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the information and communications industry, thereby supplementing, perfecting and enhancing capacity to perform work in the field of information and communications. In 2023, the School organized 136 classes for 8,068 trainees, with training and fostering contents such as: Fostering for civil servants at the level of senior specialist and equivalent; skills in exploiting and processing information and data on the basis of applications of digital transformation activities; skills in managing and exploiting data; State management of digital government, digital economy and digital society... In particular, the School has also organized 128 classes for 7,796 students with training courses according to the needs of units on training according to professional title standards of reporters, editors, information technology, digital transformation.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu said that the establishment of the South Central and Central Highlands Regional Representative Office of the School of Information and Communications Management in Nha Trang City has opened the way for the School's training and development activities in Khanh Hoa province. On this occasion, the School of Training and Development of Information and Communications Management Staff signed cooperation agreements with units and enterprises on training and development of human resources in the field of Information and Communications.
In addition, the first training course on state management of journalism in Khanh Hoa (K16) was also opened. The course starts from June 26 to July 2./.
