Before that, the delegation also visited and learned about historical relics in Cam Lo district such as: Temple of King Ham Nghi and Can Vuong generals in Cam Chinh commune.
The temple of King Ham Nghi and the Can Vuong generals was designed in the architectural style of the Nguyen Dynasty, consisting of 5 worshiping rooms: the worshiping room of King Ham Nghi in the middle, the worshiping rooms of Minister of War Ton That Thuyet, the heroic district duke Nguyen Van Tuong, the Can Vuong generals, and the patriotic scholars in the Can Vuong movement on both sides.

The Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam decided to set up its headquarters in Cam Lo district, Quang Tri province to continue leading the revolution in the South.
