Specifically, according to the Thu Duc City Land Registration Office, based on Official Dispatch No. 08/2022 of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department on confirming information on non-agricultural land use tax declaration for taxpayers, the authority to determine the necessary information as the basis for calculating non-agricultural land use tax is under the authority of the Branch of the Land Registration Office, people do not need to contact the Ward People's Committee to determine the above content.
Therefore, the Thu Duc City Land Registration Office Branch has assigned a department to receive and return the results of the documents. When people come to do land procedures, they will be guided to fully declare the contents of non-agricultural land use tax according to regulations. At the same time, there are documents related to land fluctuations.
People do land procedures at the Branch of the Land Registration Office of Thu Duc City
Previously, Thu Duc City Tax Department sent a document to the Thu Duc City Land Registration Office Branch, Thu Duc City People's Committee, People's Committees of 34 wards of Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City Notary Information and Consulting Center to notify about the management and declaration of non-agricultural land use tax.
Accordingly, from May 20, 2023, the People's Committees of 34 wards of Thu Duc City, the Ho Chi Minh City Notary Information and Consulting Center will support and guide taxpayers when carrying out procedures for registering changes in houses and land (buying, selling, donating, inheriting), contact the Thu Duc City Tax Department to fully pay non-agricultural land use taxes and declare non-agricultural land use tax declarations up to the present time.
When receiving applications for registration of changes in housing and land, the Thu Duc City Land Registration Office must have a confirmation of non-agricultural land use tax obligations according to the current form for real estate, instead of the previous non-agricultural land use tax collection documents.
Thu Duc City Tax Department also requests that the Thu Duc City Land Registration Office Branch, when receiving the application for registration of changes in housing and land and receiving the confirmation of non-agricultural land use tax obligations of taxpayers according to the form, send the scanned file to Thu Duc City Tax Department.
This has caused many difficulties for people because they have to run around everywhere to make real estate records, pay non-agricultural land use tax from the ward People's Committee, to the State Treasury, Tax Department, and Thu Duc City Land Registration Office Branch.
Therefore, the requirement to submit documents only at the document reception and return department of the Thu Duc City Land Registration Office Branch has helped people "save" a lot of time and effort.
