BTO-On the afternoon of February 14, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee. Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended, presented the decision and spoke at the conference.

At the conference, comrade Tran Huu Thanh - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board read the Provincial Party Committee's decision on ending the activities of the Party Committee of the Agencies and Enterprises Bloc. At the same time, the Decisions on establishing Party Committees of Provincial Party agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee were announced.

Accordingly, the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies on the basis of receiving 23 grassroots Party organizations with 564 Party members from the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc; to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on the basis of receiving 39 grassroots Party organizations with Party members from the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc. The above 2 decisions officially take effect from February 14, 2025.

Also at the announcement ceremony, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee appointed the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 23 comrades; the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies consists of 9 comrades. Comrade Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee holds the position of Party Committee Secretary; Comrade Nguyen Van Tam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Comrade Le Thi Hai Duyen - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointed the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, consisting of 16 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 6 comrades. Comrade Phan Van Dang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Quoc Viet - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Comrade Tran Dinh Nguyen holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh praised the achievements and positive results that the Party delegations, Party Executive Committees and Party Committees of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc have achieved over the past time. Thereby, it contributes to further improving the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership and direction of Party committees and Party organizations in Party agencies, mass organizations and state administrative agencies, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security, and building a clean and strong political system. The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: Both Party Committees have very important tasks and need to soon come into stable operation. Therefore, the two Party Committees need to urgently stabilize the organization, apparatus, and cadres in conjunction with doing a good job of cadres' ideological work, building and maintaining internal solidarity, and building the organizational culture of the two new agencies; Issue and propose competent authorities to issue regulations, rules, and coordination work to suit the organizational structure. In addition, focus on leading and carefully preparing the organization of congresses of grassroots Party organizations under the Party Committee and the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The Provincial Party Secretary also said that in recent times, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc has made great efforts in administrative reform and digital transformation, achieving some initial remarkable results. Therefore, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the two Party Committees to strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in their operations, thereby improving the effectiveness of the leadership, direction and administration of the two Party Committees and of each Party cell and affiliated Party Committee.
