During the working program in Xay Nha Bu Ly province (Lao People's Democratic Republic), on the afternoon of August 1, the provincial delegation led by comrade Tran Thi Bich Hang, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the handover ceremony of Phat Tha Na High School. Attending the ceremony on Xay Nha Bu Ly province's side were comrade Phet Phi Xay Xun Vi Lay, Deputy Governor of Xay Nha Bu Ly province and leaders of Phat Tha Na High School.
Comrade Tran Thi Bich Hang, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the provincial working delegation spoke at the meeting.
Phat Tha Na High School project is a 2-storey building with 10 classrooms with electricity, water, tables and chairs, and full toilets built by HTQT 705 Company of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam. The total construction value of the project is 5,389 million VND, of which Thai Binh province provided 5 billion VND, the rest was supported by HTQT 705 Company.
This is a symbolic project of solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Laos in general and Thai Binh province with Xay Nha Bu Ly province in particular. Therefore, despite difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the contractor has made efforts to concentrate human resources on construction from January 2022 to October 2022.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the quality of the project in both technical and aesthetic aspects; at the same time, he requested the local government and staff, teachers and students of the school to put the project into use with the highest efficiency, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning of teachers and students of Phat Tha Na High School.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Tran Thi Bich Hang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, briefly introduced the basic features and characteristics of Thai Binh land and people and information about the socio-economic development situation of the province in recent times. She said that Thai Binh is a locality that is growing strongly, with a high economic growth rate; attracting strong investment development. The total foreign direct investment capital FDI in 2022 reached 660 million USD, ranking 16th out of 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. Currently, Thai Binh province is determined to synchronously implement solutions to promote rapid and sustainable socio-economic development.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that the two sides exchange sincerely and openly to understand each other better and discuss steps to implement the cooperation content between the two provinces in the coming time to ensure practicality and effectiveness.
Thai Binh province and Xay Nha Bu Ly province have a friendly and close relationship after the leaders of the two provinces signed a friendship cooperation agreement in November 2021.
