The city's Fatherland Front has concretized 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas (XDNTM), civilized urban areas" into specific actions in the residential community. Propagating and mobilizing people to develop production and business of seafood processing services, handicrafts for tourism; guiding the Fatherland Front of 11 wards and communes to sign a commitment to implement the rules of civilized tourism behavior; implementing the construction of pilot models of "Residential areas with civilized tourism behavior", which have received the approval and response of the majority of people, the quality of cultural behavior and civilized tourism has been gradually improved. Carrying out the work of site clearance and urban beautification, the Fatherland Front and its members have mobilized people to donate more than 5,593 m2 of land (total value of nearly 13 billion VND) to concrete inter-village and neighborhood roads.

The Congress also seriously reviewed and frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations in the organization and operation methods of the City Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019-2024 term; at the same time, it proposed 11 targets and 6 action programs of the City Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term with key goals, tasks, and specific implementation solutions.
