The Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City has just informed about the progress of commitments to put industrial clusters in the city into operation and exploitation.
Accordingly, by 2030, Da Nang City will have 12 industrial clusters. Of which, 4 industrial clusters are being implemented with a total area of 125.66 hectares, including: Cam Le Industrial Cluster, Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster, Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster and Hoa Khanh Nam Industrial Cluster.

For Cam Le Industrial Cluster, in 2024, the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang issued a set of criteria and selected 51 units and enterprises to invest and produce in the industrial cluster. In the first quarter of 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade will organize for units to access the site, carry out construction, environmental, land procedures, etc.
At the same time, Cam Le District People's Committee will implement a project to connect traffic and drainage infrastructure in the industrial park.
It is expected that by the third quarter of 2025, the inspection and acceptance of the entire technical infrastructure works of Cam Le Industrial Cluster (including the traffic and drainage infrastructure connection project) will be completed.
And from the time of project acceptance until the third quarter of 2026, enterprises and production facilities will officially receive land, sign land lease contracts and invest in factory construction, and start production and business activities.
For Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster, in the first quarter of 2025, Da Nang City will complete the selection of investors to build technical infrastructure and establish the industrial cluster.
Expected in the second quarter of 2025 - 2026: The investor will carry out investment preparation procedures, invest in the construction of technical infrastructure works of Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster and put it into operation.
For Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster, in the first quarter of 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang will issue a set of criteria for selecting enterprises to invest in production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster.
It is expected that by the third quarter of 2025, procedures for adjusting detailed planning, converting forest use purposes, environmental procedures, implementing land procedures and organizing the selection of enterprises to invest in production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Park will be completed.
By the fourth quarter of 2025 - 2026, Hoa Lien Industrial Park will receive businesses and go into operation.
For Hoa Khanh Nam Industrial Cluster, in 2025, it is expected to complete site clearance; select investors to build technical infrastructure and establish Hoa Khanh Nam Industrial Cluster.
By 2026-2027, we will strive to implement investment preparation procedures, invest in the construction of technical infrastructure works for Hoa Khanh Nam Industrial Cluster and put it into operation.

In addition to the 4 industrial clusters under development, Da Nang City also has 8 industrial clusters planned with a total area of 407.23 hectares.
4/8 industrial clusters including Hoa Nhon 3, Construction Materials, Non Nuoc Fine Art Stone Rough Production, Son Tra have been approved in the Zoning Plans. Only 4 industrial clusters including Hoa Lien 2, Hoa Nhon 1, Hoa Nhon 2, Nam Son have not been approved in the Zoning Plans.
At the program to deploy the tasks of the Da Nang Industry and Trade sector in 2025 organized by the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade recently, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong said that the city still "owes" businesses in the Industry and Trade sector, including "debts" in terms of production space for production facilities and small businesses in the city, especially businesses still operating in residential areas that want to enter industrial clusters to stabilize and expand production.
