Every day, Lam Dong supplies the market with about 6,000 tons of vegetables, tubers and fruits of all kinds. Speaking at the program, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen Nguyen Phuong said that the green tick of responsibility is an initiative of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade to improve quality and transparency in food supply to consumers. Agricultural suppliers to retail systems voluntarily monitor quality and voluntarily prevent defective products before they reach consumers. Products that meet the criteria will be labeled with the green tick of responsibility.

A representative of Bach Hoa Xanh shared that, with a scale of nearly 2,000 retail stores selling consumer goods and fresh food stretching from the provinces of the Southwest to the provinces of the North Central region, as soon as the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City launched the green tick responsibility program, Bach Hoa Xanh pioneered in participating and deploying it to all suppliers of vegetables, tubers, and fruits to bring consumers quality and safe products. With its efforts, up to now, Bach Hoa Xanh has had 220 suppliers participating in the green tick responsibility program. Of which, 59 agricultural product suppliers are from Lam Dong. Bach Hoa Xanh also coordinates with departments, branches, and sectors in localities to effectively deploy the green tick responsibility program, while proactively applying strict input control procedures. Each product at Bach Hoa Xanh is randomly tested monthly to check for chemical and antibiotic residues and continuously evaluated for appearance at the warehouse - supermarket. Bach Hoa Xanh system also conducts detailed, comprehensive testing every year, applies many technological measures and cooperates with reputable laboratories to ensure product safety.
