Building and strengthening information technology human resources

According to recently released data, the total number of civil servants and public employees holding specialized and part-time positions in information security and digital transformation in the province is currently 252. Of these, the specialized force consists of 110 people, concentrated at the provincial and district levels, playing a core role in implementing information technology strategies and solutions. In addition, the part-time force of 137 people at the commune level is making an important contribution to bringing digital technology closer to people at the grassroots level.

A notable bright spot in the province's digital resource picture is the synchronous establishment of 137/137 community digital technology teams at commune-level units, reaching 100%, including 2,538 members, playing the role of an important bridge between the government and the people in disseminating and instructing basic digital skills.

10/10 districts and cities in the province have also completed the establishment of 1,367 community digital technology teams in villages and residential groups. With a total of 9,088 members, this force is actively supporting people to access and use digital services, contributing to raising awareness and digital skills for the community in a broad way.
