Stopping her car to record a video to send to her relatives, Ms. Pham Thi Thuan (44 years old, living in Nghia Hung district) shared: “We have been waiting for this bridge for a long time. Before, to go to Y Yen district on the other side of the river, we had to take a ferry, which was very inconvenient, especially during the rainy season. Now that the bridge is open to traffic, traveling will be much easier for everyone.”

While the bridge is temporarily open to traffic, the Dong Cao ferry is still operating to prevent problems. However, according to observations, there are quite a few passengers using the service.
