Gia Lai: Commenting on the draft Resolution regulating the level of support for OCOP product introduction and sales points

The draft resolution includes: name of the resolution, scope of regulation, applicable subjects; support norms for OCOP product introduction and sales points in the period of 2021-2025 in Gia Lai province; supported content; implementation resources; principles, conditions, support methods; time for submission for approval/promulgation; progress of resolution development.

Accordingly, the subjects of application are Cooperatives, cooperative groups, small and medium enterprises, farms, and production households with business registration to set up OCOP product introduction and sales points. Departments, branches, units, People's Committees of communes, wards, and towns, organizations, and individuals manage, use and receive career funding from the state budget to implement the national target program on new rural construction for the period 2021-2025. The maximum support level is 50% of the total cost of building OCOP product introduction and sales points, but not exceeding 100 million VND/OCOP product introduction and sales point...

With a spirit of frankness and responsibility, the delegates actively researched and contributed many constructive opinions. The opinions focused on clarifying the rationality, feasibility and practicality of the support spending level; at the same time, emphasizing the synchronization and avoiding overlap with current policies...

The opinions at the conference were compiled by the Provincial Farmers' Association and reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and the drafting agencies for consideration, acceptance and completion of the draft resolution.
