On July 4, a working delegation of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police led by Major General Dinh Van Noi, Director of the Provincial Police, visited, encouraged and presented 700 million VND to 6 families of martyrs and 2 police officers injured in the attack on 2 commune headquarters in Dak Lak.

At the martyrs' families, the delegation burned incense to commemorate the sacrificed commune officials, police officers and soldiers; presented gifts, expressed condolences and encouraged the martyrs' families.
Major General Dinh Van Noi expressed that the sacrifices of the officers and soldiers are an example and motivation for officers and soldiers of Quang Ninh Provincial Police to study and strive even harder to successfully complete the tasks entrusted by the Party and people.
The delegation also sent gifts and visited and encouraged the families of two injured police officers who are currently being treated at the hospital.
As reported, early in the morning of June 11, a group of people attacked the headquarters of the People's Committees of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes (Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province), killing 2 commune officials; 4 police officers and soldiers; 3 civilians; and 2 police officers were injured.
Immediately after the incident, Dak Lak Provincial Police coordinated with professional units of the Ministry of Public Security to arrest the perpetrators. The Dak Lak Provincial Police Security Investigation Agency issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 90 suspects for the crimes of "Terrorism against the people's government", "Failure to report crimes", "Concealing crimes", "Organizing and brokering for others to illegally exit, enter or stay in Vietnam". At the same time, a special wanted notice was issued for 5 suspects related to the attack on the commune headquarters for the crime of "Terrorism against the people's government".
