During the month, the traffic police force organized 830 patrols; detected 1,352 violations; issued administrative fines totaling more than VND1.59 billion, revoked 49 driving licenses, and deducted points in 44 cases.
Of these, 257 cases were speeding violations; 8 cases were alcohol violations; 62 cases were overloading; 32 cases were overloading vehicles; 169 cases were carrying more people than the prescribed number; 9 cases were driving without a driver's license; 15 cases were not wearing helmets; 227 cases were stopping or parking in the wrong place...
