Judge Tran Huy Duc holds the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang.

On February 14, at the headquarters of the High People's Court in Da Nang, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Supreme People's Court announced and presented the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court appointing Judge Tran Huy Duc (born in 1975) - Chief Justice of the People's Court of Phu Yen province to hold the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang. The appointment term is 5 years, starting from February 16, 2025.

Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Tien congratulated the new Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang; at the same time, he expressed his belief that with many years of experience working in the court sector, along with his capacity and moral qualities, Judge Tran Huy Duc will successfully complete his tasks in his new position, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the High People's Court in Da Nang.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang, Tran Huy Duc, expressed his honor and affirmed that he will continue to strive with the leadership and staff of the High People's Court in Da Nang to perform well the assigned political tasks, contributing to improving the quality of trials, ensuring justice, protecting human rights, protecting the socialist regime, protecting the interests of the State, and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.

Mr. Tran Huy Duc (born in 1975) is a senior judge, with a PhD in Law, and has worked in the Court for 27 years.
