For the district-level One-Stop Department, the rate of online application submission reached 86.3%; the rate of online payment reached 78.28%; the rate of electronic results reached 92.76%; the rate of digitization of application and results of administrative procedure settlement (TTHC) reached 92.08%; the rate of exploitation and reuse of digitized information and data reached 37.11%.

In implementing administrative procedure reform in recent times, the District People's Committee regularly directs specialized departments and People's Committees of communes and towns in the area to strengthen propaganda and dissemination to cadres, civil servants, public employees, people and businesses, especially the implementation of online public services; receiving and returning results of administrative procedures via public postal services; how to submit administrative procedure dossiers, feedback and recommendations via the Tay Ninh provincial public administration portal on Zalo.
The locality also strengthens guidance for people to apply information technology in carrying out procedures through instructions from provincial departments and branches, through the App system, social networks, and videos instructing on how to carry out online administrative procedures so that people can know and apply them...
The District People's Committee continues to direct propaganda teams to guide and support people and businesses to submit applications online and make online payments at the district's reception and result delivery department.
Regarding the review, reduction and simplification of administrative procedures, in 2025, Tan Chau District People's Committee registered to review administrative procedures according to regulations with 3 district-level administrative procedures and 5 commune-level administrative procedures.
In addition to the achievements, there are still shortcomings, limitations and difficulties in the reform of administrative procedures, especially in the implementation of online public services. According to the People's Committee of Tan Chau district, there are still some people in the area who rarely use technology, do not have a bank account installed on their smartphones, and do not have a SIM card in their name, so they cannot make electronic payments.
People still want to go directly to state administrative agencies to handle procedures. The rate of exploitation and reuse of digital data in some units is still low, such as Tan Hoa commune only reaching 9.9%, Suoi Ngo commune reaching 12.24%.
In the coming time, Tan Chau District People's Committee will continue to effectively carry out the task of reforming administrative procedures according to the direction and guidance of the Central Government and the province; promote online public services; strengthen responsibility, improve the quality of receiving and handling administrative procedures to ensure compliance with the procedures on the electronic One-Stop-Shop system, and limit the situation of overdue records. The district also directs to urgently review and seriously fix the records that are suspended on the system; continue to train skills, improve awareness, responsibility, and behavior of cadres, civil servants, and public employees serving at the two-level One-Stop-Shop Department in the area.
The district strengthens guidance for people to submit documents, monitor the progress of document processing in the electronic environment; make online payment of financial obligations; digitize documents from the stages of receiving, processing, and returning results, avoiding backlogs; issue electronic results to individuals and organizations when performing administrative procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
