Thuc and Tan at the police station
When the driver discovered the police force, he accelerated and fled towards Thuan An City. During the pursuit, the people in the car acted rashly, using pepper spray and homemade electric guns to shoot at the police force, then continued to spread homemade iron nails on the road, causing a motorbike tire to break.
After about 15 km of pursuit, when reaching a section of road in Thuan Giao Ward (Thuan An City), the group's car lost control and crashed into the wall of a company. The police force controlled and arrested Tan and Thuc along with all the evidence including: 1 car, chili powder, homemade electric gun, 6 dogs and many other evidences.
Police seized evidence
During the investigation, Tan and Thuc confessed that they had no money to spend so they decided to steal dogs from people. It is known that Tan had a previous conviction for property destruction. Thuc also had two previous convictions for theft and property destruction.
Currently, Tan Uyen City Police are continuing to hunt down the remaining suspect in the dog theft group.
