This year's tournament has 37 participating teams including 6 U.16 men's teams, 8 U.18 men's teams, 17 Pro men's teams and 6 Pro women's teams. The 3x3 HOC 2023 tournament takes place on May 20 and 21 at the Trang Tien and Hang Khay intersections, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi with the theme "Power Of Unity", demonstrating the spirit of solidarity in sports in general.
