The filming of the episode took place mainly in Son Doong Cave and a little in Va Cave. The film crew arrived in Quang Binh in 2021, just after the pandemic ended, and everyone had to quarantine for 7 days in a hotel, and film in the cave area (which was also a quarantine area) for 18 days.

A total of 200 crew members participated in the filming in Quang Binh. To ensure progress, the crew was divided into 5 groups taking turns entering and exiting the cave.
