This upgrade will allow customers booking rooms at SOJO Hotels to check in/choose rooms 100% online on the mobile app and website 48 hours before their stay.

Customers only need to use a device with a camera to scan personal documents, take portrait photos... and send them to SOJO Hotels' system using both mobile app or website channels. After successfully checking in online, when checking in, customers only need to perform an additional automatic identification step for about 30 seconds and then receive an automatic key from the kiosk to go to the room. Previously, customers could only perform online check-in on the mobile app and could not do it on the website.
