(Dan Tri) - Thanh Hoa province's leaders have requested the Department of Transport of this province to continue receiving administrative procedures for issuing and reissuing driver's licenses.
On February 18, information from the Office of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province said that the unit had issued an official dispatch related to receiving and handling administrative procedures for issuing, exchanging and re-issuing driving licenses.

Accordingly, the document conveys the direction of the Standing Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi, requesting the Department of Transport to continue receiving documents at the Provincial Administrative Service Center and district post offices in the province until there is an official handover to the Provincial Police Department.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thi emphasized that the Department of Transport needs to ensure that there is no interruption in receiving and handling administrative procedures for people and businesses, in compliance with the direction of the Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Department of Transport is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Administration Service Center to fully prepare the contents related to the task of issuing, exchanging and re-issuing driving licenses, ready for handover when requested by the Central agency.
Previously, on February 13, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province received an official dispatch from the Department of Transport of this province regarding the temporary suspension of receiving administrative procedures related to driving licenses.
