According to the Organizing Committee, the content and format of the tournament are as follows: the players draw lots to compete in a knockout match, then draw lots to divide into groups in the round of 32. Specifically, the qualifying round is 30 points out of 40 knockout matches; the round of 32 is 40 points and divided into 8 groups with the format of selecting the top 2 players in each group to the next round; the round of 16 is 40 points; the semi-finals and finals are 50 points. All matches apply the current competition rules of the General Department of Sports and Physical Training.
