Accordingly, the 20th session of the Hanoi People's Council took place from December 9 to December 12 to review 57 contents, including 26 reports and 31 resolutions.
Specifically, the City People's Council will consider 26 reports on the implementation of the socio-economic development plan in 2024, the socio-economic development tasks in 2025 of Hanoi; report on the direction and administration of the City People's Committee in 2024, directions and tasks in 2025; report on the activities of the City People's Council in 2024, key tasks in 2025.

In particular, at this Session, the City People's Council will consider a number of resolutions to implement the Capital Law, including: Resolution on Regulations on management and use of public assets of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board; Resolution on Regulations on compensation for site clearance and refunds to land users, infrastructure use fees and wastewater treatment fees at the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park; Resolution on additional income payments for cadres, civil servants and public employees working in State agencies, political organizations, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and public service units whose regular expenditures are fully guaranteed by the State budget under the management of Hanoi City...
The question and answer session at the meeting will last a full day on December 11, focusing on the implementation of socio-economic tasks and pressing issues that the City People's Council delegates and voters of the capital are interested in.
