At the Hoang Van Thu High School exam site (Vu Ban), teacher Hoang Trung Sam, the school's principal, said: With a total of 663 candidates registered to take the exam at the school's exam site, divided into 28 exam rooms, of which Hoang Van Thu High School has 399 candidates, Nguyen Binh High School has 238 candidates, and 26 independent candidates. To prepare for the exam, the school has completed the review of the entire electrical system, fans, tables and chairs, ensuring that 100% of the exam rooms are qualified to organize the exam according to regulations. The school also arranged 2 waiting rooms, 3 storage rooms for candidates and meeting rooms, functional rooms, and offices for the exam site. The facilities ensure good working and resting conditions for the staff working at the exam site. The school also equipped a backup power source, reported to the District People's Committee to support security, medical, electricity, traffic conditions... The exam room ensures compliance with regulations, with enough cameras, screens, and power backup, ensuring good security for exam papers and papers. Up to now, the candidates' records are all accurate and qualified to take the exam. All students, staff, and teachers of the school are trying their best, actively reviewing, and preparing at the highest level to participate in the exam with good results...

Giao Thuy High School Examination Site (Giao Thuy) has 34 examination rooms with a total of 812 candidates; including 482 candidates from Giao Thuy High School, 293 candidates from Thien Truong High School, and 37 independent candidates. Up to now, the preparation work for the exam has been completed. In order for the exam supervision to take place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations, the school has conducted training on exam regulations for staff, teachers, and employees in the whole school, emphasizing contents such as: tools that candidates are allowed to bring into the examination room, common mistakes candidates make when taking multiple-choice tests; instructing teachers in the whole unit on exam supervision skills, paying attention to the tasks that exam supervisors need to perform such as preventing candidates from using high-tech devices to cheat; forms of handling when invigilators and candidates violate exam regulations... The school has organized for homeroom teachers of grade 12 to specifically disseminate exam regulations to students, especially emphasizing Articles 14 (candidates' responsibilities), Article 54 (handling candidates who violate exam regulations) and notes during the exam process...). Up to now, the school's students have basically mastered the exam regulations. Facilities, equipment, and stationery for the exam have been completed. The school has made a specific plan for assigning tasks to police, security guards, service staff... at the exam sites and a diagram of the exam room layout, posting forms according to regulations, providing drinking water for invigilators and candidates; cleaning exam rooms and offices; coordinating with the district police to arrange officers to ensure security, safety, and order at the exam sites.

At Le Quy Don High School (Truc Ninh), with a total of 404 candidates taking the exam, including 321 candidates from Le Quy Don High School and 83 candidates from Doan Ket High School, the school arranged 18 exam rooms; 2 spare rooms for unexpected situations such as late candidates; the official exam room having an electrical system failure, bad weather... To ensure the safety of the exam site, the school has a solidly built wall and gate system, with barbed wire on top and isolated from the residential area by the town's drainage system. The exam storage room is fully equipped with the necessary conditions according to regulations, including: Surveillance camera system; exam storage cabinets; fire and explosion prevention and fighting equipment; The 7.5KW generator located at the headquarters area has enough capacity to provide electricity for the minimum daily activities in the offices of the council leaders, ensuring that in case of a local power outage, the surveillance camera system in the room can still be maintained 24/7... The school has a plan to coordinate with the Traffic Police - District Police to ensure traffic safety for students and parents during the exam, especially before and after each exam session. The school assigned volunteer students of the school to work with the District Traffic Police to direct traffic at 3 locations: Dien Bien bridge intersection, the central road intersection turning into the school and in front of the school gate. At the same time, contact the use of Dao Su Tich Secondary School as a place for candidates and parents to park their vehicles and rest during the exam, avoiding crowds in front of the exam site causing traffic jams and unsafety for the exam. The school arranges volunteer students to be on duty at the school gate to help candidates when necessary.
According to the plan, the 2023 High School Graduation Exam will take place on June 28 and 29 with 20,406 12th graders across the province registering to take the exam. The exam subjects will remain the same as last year with 3 independent tests: Math, Literature, Foreign Language and 2 combined tests: Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civic Education) for candidates studying the general education program (GDPT); or History, Geography for candidates studying the continuing education program (GDTX). The exam content is within the current high school program, mainly the 12th grade program. The whole province will arrange 35 exam locations with a total of 871 exam rooms; 2,670 officers will be in charge of exam supervision; the number of security, medical and security staff is 650 people. Up to now, all 35 examination sites in the province have completed preparations for facilities, human resources, equipment and conditions for the examination. The examination sites have arranged enough waiting rooms according to the number of candidates taking the combined examinations, the waiting rooms must ensure the following minimum requirements: Easy to manage candidates waiting; not affecting the operation of the examination site; enough seats for candidates and sufficient conditions to ensure the safety of people and property of candidates; have signs, examination schedules, examination room diagrams, empty commands; arrange drinking water and fans for candidates.

The Department of Education and Training has also organized training on organizing the exam according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training. High schools, Continuing Education Centers, Continuing Vocational Education Centers and the Department of Education and Training of districts and cities organized training for all cadres, teachers and employees participating in organizing the exam; after each training session, a test was organized for the participants. In addition, the Department of Education and Training assigned high schools, Continuing Education Centers, Continuing Vocational Education Centers to develop support plans if there are candidates living far away; plans in case of storms, floods, epidemics; coordinate with the Department of Transport to support if candidates request. Most candidates are arranged to take the exam at exam locations near their schools (about 5-7km). For students who wish to stay during the exam, high schools will coordinate with the District and City Youth Unions to support candidates according to the coordination plan between the Provincial Youth Union and the Department of Education and Training. On June 21 and 22, the Department of Education and Training organized delegations to inspect preparations at exam sites.
