Accordingly, recently, some links advertising Niteworks® health food products violated the law on food advertising.

Advertisements that are not consistent with the issued certificate of advertising content; use images of doctors, pharmacists, medical equipment, or misleading advertisements that claim to have the same effect as medicine.
According to the Food Safety Department, Niteworks® health protection food is registered for announcement and registration for advertising content confirmation by Herbalife Vietnam One Member Co., Ltd. (headquarter address: No. 26 Tran Cao Van, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City).
At the meeting with the Department of Food Safety, a representative of Herbalife Vietnam LLC affirmed that it did not advertise and did not authorize any organization/individual to advertise Niteworks® health food on the above-mentioned pages.
The Food Safety Department is coordinating with relevant agencies to verify and handle the case according to current regulations. The Food Safety Department will publish the results of the handling on the Department's website at: https://vfa.gov.vn/ and the public health portal at https://congkhaiyte.moh.gov.vn/.
While the authorities are handling the case, the Food Safety Department recommends that consumers do not base their decisions on illegal advertising content to purchase and use products at the above link because it may cause health and economic risks.
