The head of the IT&T industry also hopes that the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management will become the most unique management institute in Vietnam and not only in Vietnam, achieving many successes and making important contributions to the training and nurturing of generations of outstanding Vietnamese leaders and managers.

Pointing out that the Institute's guiding star is to create excellent Vietnamese enterprises and organizations, the head of the IT&T industry also advised: "Keep the star, the rest is change, develop while doing. A little better each day, more than 1%, then after 1 year it will be 38 times better. With this spirit, let's start from today, not perfection. Life is always the wisest guide. But on the condition that we have to go, especially go to places where there is no way" .

As the person who proposed the idea and directly directed the preparation for the establishment of the Institute, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung carefully analyzed the factors that make up the spirit and core values of the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management, which are: Bringing the quintessence of humanity to Vietnam; the inseparable connection of the trio of leadership, administration and management; placing the word Vietnam, the Vietnamese school in these three pillars; as well as maintaining the spirit of the founding day of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3 and the beginning of spring in building and developing the Institute.

Attending online from Singapore, Professor, Dr. Vu Minh Khuong, an international scholar from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy - Singapore, commented that the establishment of the Vietnam Institute for Leadership, Governance and Management is a special event, urging vision, courage of will and wisdom for the future; at the same time, he also believes that the Institute will be a place to gather and train future Vietnamese leaders, especially in the business sector.

At the event, along with the announcement of the Resolution to establish the Institute, PTIT leaders also decided to assign the responsibility of managing and operating the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management to Dr. Doan Hieu, Director of the Post and Telecommunications Training Center I.

The representative of the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management committed that in the coming time, the Institute will continuously research and develop new knowledge; improve training quality, develop training programs with high applicability and close connection with practice.

Talking to the PTIT community in general and the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management in particular, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung hopes that teachers will always carry within themselves the spirit of the Party's founding day on February 3 to build and develop the Institute, which is: The spirit of pioneering, leading, leading and exploring; the spirit of liberation; the spirit of putting Vietnam on the world map to stand shoulder to shoulder with the great powers; the spirit of sacrifice for the common cause; the spirit of building a great career from scratch; the spirit of relying on the people, taking the people as the root.

Along with the demand for more use of digital technology in teaching, equipping leaders of Vietnamese enterprises and organizations with digital thinking, the head of the IT&T industry also hopes that the Institute will change its approach. Specifically, instead of focusing on teaching general knowledge as before, now when a business or organization has a problem with leadership, administration and management, they come to the Institute. The Institute must research to solve their problems and issues and then teach the business or organization about the research results along with general knowledge and specific knowledge of Vietnam.

“Teachers now have to do a new job, which is being a doctor. And this is also a new, unique approach, exclusive to the Institute. Only in this way can the “tree of life” stay green forever at the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management,” Minister Nguyen Manh Hung requested.

Leaders must be both idealistic and practical. According to Minister Nguyen Manh Hung, leaders must have ideals and big dreams to direct the organization towards noble goals; and must be practical and technical to act.
