Previously, in May 2024, with the goal of increasing communication and promotion of Phuong Nam early-ripening lychee, the Quang Ninh Center for Promotion and Development of Industry and Trade organized 2 livestream sessions to introduce this product in the garden, as well as combine it with the Uong Bi Vietnamese Goods Week 2024 program. Each livestream session lasted about 1 hour, attracting tens of thousands of views and interactions. Through this sales method, Phuong Nam early-ripening lychee has been more accessible to consumers, while opening up a new channel for farmers in the early-ripening lychee growing area to promote and sell products, keeping up with modern consumption trends. Responding to the press, Mr. Bui Van Tra - Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Phuong Nam Ward (Uong Bi City) - said that for farmers, the e-commerce sales channel is really a very new direction, but its potential and strengths can be seen.
"This year, thanks to livestreaming, Phuong Nam early-ripening lychees have become more widely known to people at home and abroad, especially young people. The economic value is also more effective, each kilogram of lychees can be sold for 50,000 - 60,000 VND, while selling in the traditional form is usually from 35,000 - 40,000 VND/kg" , said Mr. Tra. In Quang Ninh province, there are also many enterprises, production, processing and trading establishments of agricultural products that have taken advantage of e-commerce, thereby having positive developments, expanding the market and increasingly affirming the brand.

Mr. Tran Van Hau - Owner of Orange Garden 68 (Van Yen Commune, Van Don District) - shared with the media that orders for Van Yen oranges not only come from neighboring localities, but also from the southern provinces, from orders of 5 - 10kg to orders of hundreds of kg from businesses and organizations in need.
"I and the orange growers in Van Yen have been guided by the commune's Community Digital Technology Team from taking photos, applying traceability stamps to putting products on e-commerce platforms, such as Ocopquangninh, Tiki, Sendo, Voso... My family has sold 15 tons of oranges through the platform" , Mr. Hau shared. According to the leader of Van Yen Commune, since the digital transformation, many households in the commune have wished to sell oranges at high prices, without being forced down by traders. The wishes of orange growers in Van Don have gradually come true; at the same time, opening up many opportunities to develop the local key agricultural products. Mr. Hau is one of the 4.0 households that successfully brought Van Yen orange products to e-commerce platforms. As a yellow flower tea production enterprise in Hai Ha district, Mr. Le Duc Anh - Quy Hoa Trading Service and Import-Export Company Limited - said that at first, Quy Hoa yellow flower tea had almost no place in the market. Along with investing and taking care of each product, the company took full advantage of technology, opened many accounts on social networking sites such as Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, regularly shared about yellow flower tea trees, the tea making process to increase recognition, as well as selling 24/7 on e-commerce platforms to create the most convenience for customers. From there, the company received a lot of feedback to improve the product, so that Quy Hoa yellow flower tea became a 5-star OCOP product as it is today.
Accompanying the people Increasing recognition on a large scale, increasing opportunities to promote products to a large number of consumers, not limiting the market and time, sales space... are the great benefits of e-commerce compared to traditional commerce. Also through e-commerce platforms, production, processing and business units also receive the most impartial assessments from consumers, in order to research and improve, increasingly improving product quality. Identifying e-commerce as a consumption trend that will dominate in the coming time, the management agencies of Quang Ninh province also promote the work of guiding and supporting farmers, producers, processors and consumers to participate in platforms, from domestic to cross-border e-commerce.

The Center also coordinates to organize training courses and specialized training courses for law enforcement forces on handling smuggling, trade fraud, trading in counterfeit goods, and goods that infringe intellectual property rights in the online environment to protect the rights of legitimate businesses as well as consumers on e-commerce platforms.
