Thoroughly educate the management staff, teachers and employees about the regulations, rules, codes of conduct and ethics of teachers at the unit. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the regulations on codes of conduct in preschool and general education institutions of the Ministry of Education and Training. Specifically, do not use social networks to disseminate, propagate, comment on information or images that are contrary to good customs, contrary to the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State or negatively affect the educational environment. Comply with regulations on teacher ethics. Implement regulations on operating fees of the school and class parent representative committee for parents to know. The operating budget of the parent representative committee is managed, used and only serves its direct activities; not used for the following purposes: Protecting school facilities, ensuring school security, supervising student vehicles, cleaning classrooms, cleaning the school, rewarding management staff and teachers.

Teachers are strictly prohibited from keeping the operating funds of the class's parents. The principal and homeroom teachers supervise the school's and class's parent representative committee in managing and using the committee's operating funds according to regulations.

Accordingly, no extra classes are allowed for students whose schools have organized two sessions per day; no extra classes are allowed for primary school students, except in cases of arts, sports, and life skills training.
