In Ha Nam, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh spent nearly 2 hours on a boat in the rain on the Red River to inspect the flood situation, damage to agriculture , aquaculture and flood prevention and control work in communes in Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province.
