In Ha Nam province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided that Mr. Tran Duc Thuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ly Nhan district, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee of Ly Nhan district; transferred and appointed Mr. Tran Duc Thuan to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
The Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee also decided that Mr. Bui Van Hoang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, ceased to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; appointed Mr. Bui Van Hoang to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Ly Nhan District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
The decisions were then handed over to Mr. Tran Duc Thuan and Mr. Bui Van Hoang by Ha Nam Provincial Party Secretary Le Thi Thuy.
Within the framework of the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat, appointing Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Head of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, to join the Executive Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
After the decision was announced, Nam Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Dang Khanh Toan presented the decision of the Secretariat to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh.
In Thai Binh province, according to the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duy Chien, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, was transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of this Committee.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province Nguyen Tien Thanh then presented the above decision to Mr. Nguyen Duy Chien.
