ANTD.VN - On February 10, the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex/stock code: PLX) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Chemical Group (Vinachem) and the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT).

The comprehensive cooperation between three large corporations, playing a key and leading role in important fields in Vietnam, aims to promote and utilize each other's strengths, promote cross-business development of products & services, promising to bring many benefits to customers, contributing to creating momentum for the sustainable and strong development of the country's socio-economy;
At the same time, it also affirms the commitment and responsibility to implement the Government's direction on promoting the core, leading and pioneering role of State-owned enterprises in the economy, and at the same time implementing the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".
The signing of this Agreement is a prerequisite for the parties to implement and deploy uniformly and effectively throughout the entire system from the management level to the subsidiaries/affiliated branches in accordance with the organizational model of each Party.
Petrolimex, Vinachem and VNPT commit to maintaining comprehensive, long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation on the basis of compliance with legal regulations and in related fields of operation, aiming to become strategic partners in the process of operation and development.
According to the Cooperation Agreement, Petrolimex and Vinachem will cooperate on the following contents: Increasing cross-use of products and services of the two Groups; Promoting cooperation activities in distributing products and services on each party's system and network;
Cooperation to resonate strength based on the capacity, experience, and brand advantages of the two Groups and their member units. Petrolimex and Vinachem will work closely to maximize market opportunities and participate in projects that can be invested in to optimize business efficiency.

Meanwhile, Petrolimex and VNPT will focus on cooperation in the following areas: Electronic payment services; Infrastructure and connection services; and Digital service solutions. Petrolimex will cooperate with VNPT to research and deploy the application of payment solutions using VNPT Money e-wallet when purchasing gasoline at Petrolimex gas stations.
Petrolimex continues to use the network infrastructure services that VNPT has established and is providing to Petrolimex. The two sides will coordinate to review and develop plans to upgrade or replace technology to meet operational needs, ensuring optimization and efficiency. Petrolimex and VNPT agree to consider studying and proposing the selection and implementation of IT solutions/digital platforms based on the needs and strengths of both sides.
