Representatives of OCB and FPT Corporation signed the agreement to deploy Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer solution.
It is known that Oracle's Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaC@C) is currently the most advanced database platform solution in the world. With the advantage of being located right at the customer's data center, it helps shorten deployment time, use flexible resources, high performance, ensure information security and comply with strict standards of many organizations. In addition, the Oracle 23ai database integrated in ExaC@C helps simplify the process of using AI, quickly apply AI to data analysis as well as automate the management and operation process of the IT system. OCB decided to choose this solution to build a core platform, serving the bank's management and operation activities. This solution not only helps modernize OCB's centralized data analysis and reporting system but also supports data-based business strategies, optimizes the ability to analyze, predict and make decisions quickly and effectively. “Currently, OCB has a very large customer portfolio while a lot of data is still scattered across different functional departments. Therefore, we have cooperated with FPT Corporation to implement a project to modernize the data analysis platform based on advanced Oracle technology. With this project, OCB aims to centralize data into a single source for full-process data analysis, helping OCB better understand the market, customer needs, improve risk management capabilities and increase data-based competition. Currently, this is also the pioneering project in Vietnam to deploy the ExaC@C solution integrating the latest 23ai version cloud database service.
