Mr. Truong Dinh Long has been the Deputy General Director of OCB since 2007. Currently, after Mr. Truong Dinh Long's resignation request was approved, the Executive Board of OCB will have 8 members. Of which, Mr. Pham Hong Hai is the General Director.
The Board of Directors of An Binh Bank (ABBANK) has just officially appointed Mr. Pham Duy Hieu as General Director, after receiving approval from the State Bank.
Mr. Pham Duy Hieu has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. Previously, Mr. Hieu also participated in the management of ABBANK in different stages and from August 10, 2023, Mr. Hieu holds the position of Deputy General Director, who assumes the duties and powers of the General Director of ABBANK.
Another bank that has just had a change in senior personnel is Kienlong Bank, when it announced and awarded the decision to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van to the position of Deputy General Director along with a number of other senior personnel.
According to the decision of the Board of Directors, Ms. Van will assume this position for a period of 12 months, starting from January 3. Previously, Ms. Van was the assistant to the General Director. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van, born in 1980, has a bachelor's degree in international economics from the Diplomatic Academy, and joined KienlongBank in December 2021.
With the appointment of Ms. Van, KienlongBank's Board of Directors now has 7 members, including Mr. Tran Hong Minh - Acting General Director, 5 Deputy General Directors and a Chief Accountant. The bank also issued decisions to appoint many leadership positions at the block, department and division levels to enhance business efficiency and improve customer experience.

The Board of Directors of Loc Phat Vietnam Bank (LPBank) has approved the decision to dismiss Ms. Nguyen Thi Gam from the position of chief accountant according to her personal wishes.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Gam has been the Chief Accountant of LPBank since joining the bank in April 2008. After only 2 years, she was appointed Deputy General Director, Director of Finance and Chief Accountant. She has 30 years of accounting experience at banks, including more than 15 years at LPBank.
After Ms. Gam resigned, LPBank appointed Mr. Nguyen Tien Cong, Deputy Head (in charge of general accounting) - Accounting & Tax Department, Market and Financial Management Block - as Chief Accountant, from December 31, 2024.
Saigon - Hanoi Bank (SHB) also announced the decision to dismiss Mr. Luu Danh Duc from the position of Deputy General Director and Director of Information Technology. The reason for dismissal is due to personal wishes. According to information on the website, Mr. Duc is a senior expert with many years of experience in the field of banking technology at home and abroad.
Currently, SHB's Board of Directors has 6 members with Ms. Ngo Thu Ha as General Director.
